We finally got a Website...

After almost five years in the business, we finally have our own website. A lot of our customers have been mostly ringing or emailing, so investing in 09automotive.com means you have so much more freedom to book in, look at our pricing, and watch our content in your own time.

Here's a quick guide on how to use this website to book a request for an appointment.

REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT

You can request a booking online now instead of ringing or emailing using our booking appointment system. You can check that out here.

Requesting an appointment does not mean your vehicle will be booked in automatically, or that the job will be completed at that time period. We need time to assess issues with your vehicle and diagnose the problem correctly. If you're booking in a WoF or a car servicing, we still need time to align your booking request with our working schedule system, and any other issues that your car might have.

How it works

1. You fill out the contact form on our website. It always helps us if you can write down any extra context about your car in the notes field. Helpful things include; sounds the car is making, if any lights are showing up on the dashboard, and any issues you have while driving.

2. Your request gets sent to our system. If we are able to book you in, you'll receive an confirmation email or text.

3. If your request doesn't come through, you'll receive an email offering some other appointment options, or when we are most likely to be available next.
